Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must include the original packaging and all accessories. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at xinyi20221218@163.com before sending the item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If we confirm the problem, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Gift cards or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or exposed to food
- Items missing original parts, accessories, or packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items or orders placed by mistake. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, HOUJIP will cover the approved return or replacement shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. HOUJIP is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged before they reach us.

Refunds

We will inspect your return after it arrives and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, contact us first. Once your return is approved, you may return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
